Weapons question

Weapon: Energy Shurikens

How is it possible he's able to use a Sniper Rifle?....there a glitch/shortcut/cheat or something?

Edit: ok, now im a lil confused, cause in the mission he hit me with a slingshot instead of the sniper rifle. but how would it be able to change if he's in the cr chamber currently.

It was from the little whoops we had a few weeks back. A few thigns went a little cookoo, but whichever. OS can probably look into it if you ask him nicely.
