At first I thought Starscream, because he would probably send things into discord fairly quickly. Even if he tried his best I think the Autobots probably wouldn't listen to him anyways.

If anyone would be the worst, it would Silas from TFP. He would probably torture and experiment on his own troops.

G2 Electro, he'd crumble into golden dust the second he opens his mouth. Jk, I'd say Energon Ironhide, he's too headstrong and would probably lead his troops straight into an ambush.

I'd say Omega Supreme. They guy's strong, but he's also not that smart and needs to be specifically asked to talk normally, which he might not even do. Maybe he just does that for Prime because he's the boss. Who's gonna tell him to talk normally when he's the boss, eh?

As much I love Rodimus, I would say he the worst Autobot leader. He let the cons blew up Cybertron under his leadership in the Headmaster Series. To add insult to injury, he abandoned his leader role and left the Autobots. His U.S. Season 3 role wasn't strong compare to his Movie role.
