The value of repair, I've noticed -- when multiple level 11 characters are involved -- is staggering. I've gotten a taste of it myself with Eganrac. He hasn't pulled in a million xp or anything, but his last mission saw him gain 546,000 xp and another he was in yesterday saw him gain something like 655,000 xp! I'm blown away by those amounts.
I'm also blown away by this mission. I know Lunatyk and Mantissa sat around doing nothing for most of it, but still... Best mission Snowstorm's ever been in.

Absolutely - high-level Repair fights are the reason battles are time-limited, to prevent them basically running forever and crashing the server. It was a stopgap, but we never did come up with a proper fix.
The big issue with Repair is that it gets vastly more powerfulvaluable at high levels because it has positive feedback from the target's level, rather than negative like all other moves. Unless something's changed drastically in the code since I was working on it (lo these many years), L11 Repair's doing a base of 21-30% at INT 10 + REP 10, doubled for the target's END 10, so an average of 51%. That's 104,448xp on a L11 target, and also up to the same amount extra XP available to the enemy bots. Since it has the same chance to go off as any other tactic, expect it to be about 1/3 of actions for a L11.

Dominia didn't break out of the five-figure range, but 71k xp is still pretty good for her level.

As stated above I have been working on a personal goal.
Today it has been achieved.
After a former reset and code restructuring anyone leaving level 0 was not allowed to reenter that level with a reset.
While new players are few and far between I believe it is important to help usher in our new Decepticon and Autobots with either comrades or foes at the starting point.
I vowed to leave a character at this lowest level
to offer backup or to provide a thorn in the side of
emerging threats.
Today Flamefeather has reached a million experience points
at level 0. The only 0 to reach this as a natural 0 after
the new rules being implemented.
This feat has taken years to reach this point.
While inconsequential and unimportant to probably everyone else I have been slugging away at this for a very long time
and felt the need to commemorate this moment. I would like to thank everyone for assisting in this personal moment.
