Is the TFC Upgraded Red Alert (tank) alt-mode returning?

Unfortunately, some of the alt rotations are borked and I don't think any of the admin staff now possess access to the HMW code/toggles to be able to effect any changes.

I do wish it were at least possible to see what alt-modes were currently available without needing to either reset a character or create a new one. I knew it was very unlikely that the (rare) Futuristic Motorbike that Alacrity used would be available, but I am disappointed that the original alt-mode he used back in the early '00s (Lancia Stratos Turbo) is unavailable.

Is it so broken that even Ryan doesn't have the access required to fix the problem?

He'd have access, but given the forums are barely a priority (except when the database really craps on itself) then I wouldn't be expecting any HMW fixes.

Do you not have an "Alt-Mode" link on your registry page, as this *should* show you the alts currently available despite the broken and unbroken parts of the cycle?

So I dug this up because it would seem that the rotator is working.....

It does work, but it doesn't rotate all of the previously available alt modes. There are a couple alt modes I would like to retrieve, but can't.
With armor unavailable after a reset, changing alt modes now would seem foolish

It's not working for me (not working fully, that is). I'm seeing what I've been seeing for however long now: rare alt modes rotating in while the common alts have yet to do so.
