Cosmos as a car?! Wow. Never would've thought of that. With those graphics and Towline's "gun" it really looks like an UFO investigation car. What does the license plate say? SETI?
It looks amazing.
btw, in some of the pics it looks like you've managed to get rid of the gold sparkle on the windows. IF so, how?
Actually, Cosmos still has the tint to his windows but I took it all off for Ironhide.
Basicly all I did was take apart the doors (Some people like myself use a sodering gun to heat the pins up and lift them out...I plan to show some tricks for this later...) then when I had the segment seperated from the plating I just used a couple drops of paint thinner on a rag, wrapped it around my finger or thumb and rub the heck out off it untill it started to lift off.
This is the most timely part of customizing this vehical IMO. The end result of a fully clear window actually does reward it's self. The only problem is you rub off the paint aplicated window frame and will have to repaint it. (Scotch tape+Scalple=Good window covers while airbrushing/hand painting.)
When you paint the frame back on make sure to allow it to compleately dry before you lift the tape off the windows.
Hope that helps.
