"With the Allspark gone we cannot return life to our planet..."

I know Furman's already writing it, but I was thinking as the flim closed. What would happen if Megatron had got the Allspark?

Surely all earth's machinery would've awakened, and we would've had a live action verison of Transformers : Armada?

Heh, from the title of the post I thought this had something to do with NIN. I for one would love it if NIN did some music for TF2, but that will probably never happen.

Don't be so defeatist. Perhaps the sequel will follow the tradition started by Empire Strikes Back and be a lot darker than the first movie.

If it does then Trent's dulcet tones would be more than apt.

I really want to see what Furman does with his post movie what-if, watching the movie today I swore Megatron called the Allspark, or mumbled something like:

"Oracle"

and:

"Key to Harmony."

So let's see what happens when the:

Harbinger of Death

Gets his gorgeous clawy claws on it.

i really hope the new comic that takes place between movies 1 and 2 is used for continuity since its the offical story of the chars...but you know how hollywood dosent like to follow comics...jerks.

His definition of 'harmony' probably ain't the same as yours. In fact, I'd lay good odds on that.

True, but remember before the War, at least in this paradigm, Megatron was somewhat benevolent, being Lord High Protector and all.

Perhaps there is a part of that that remains in him, or comes out perhaps when he's near the Allspark?

The Starscream focused sequel comic will be amazing, I love how in the movie alone and with only action sequences they've turned Starscream from a whiney little upstart into a full fledged cold blooded murderous mech.

I did not see one pilot eject from those Raptors, and then of course there's the theory that Starscream was among the Raptors that fired on Megatron aswell...

Gods, I still get a chilling thrill when Screamer flies in on Hoover dam.

Mmmmm.

The Prequel novel incarnation of Screamer also has a fascinating sense of the G1 characters Macheavellian nature, but definitely less comical and more ruthless.

If you beat the game as the Decepticons, we get to see what would have happened to Earth if Megatron won.

I've played as both factions and thought it was cool to be able to do so which is the one thing I disliked about the Armada game a few years ago..I still love it but it would have been nice to play as both. being able to hope into various gun platforms or flying was very cool though. This one time while fighting megatron in the volcano he picked me up and through me and I got stuck on the inside of the volcano wall and I defeated him from there as he could not get me lol.

I like the Armada game better than the movie one, as far as game play goes, but I did like the fact that you could choose a side in the movie game. Would have been better if you could pick any character at any time. I would have loved to play as Frenzy.

Maybe if Megatron got the Allspark, Cybertron would not have been doomed.

Yes, Cybertronians may have to endure a tyrannical rule. But at least, Cybertron planet may live on.
