I never said it's hard. it's hard to find a bad image of her. Hell, I had a great pic of her a while back. BTW, Sailor Moon was my first anime, R.I.D. was my 2nd

My fiancee loved it, and got me into it. The tv series wasn't available in this country at the time so I started with the manga. That was about ten years ago.

Honestly, After I had run out of the shows I knew I wanted to watch available from my anime club, I tried it as I wanted something at least a season long and R had just finished at that point.

Hey Teks (Can I call you that?) My Ex-GF won't answer my calls. She's a naruto fan, so shes stubborn. BTW, since you like SM, you should try Power Puff Girls or Voltron. I find them simmilar to SM. You would also like Kappa Mikey. Even if you don't like the show, ive seen cameo apearences of all the Senshi in that show.

Erm. How to say... PPG isn't anything new, many a day did I watch it with friends after a day at college. Some of the episodes are actually really clever, a lot of surprisingly good stuff comes out of cartoon network.

I have enough on my plate at the moment without going back and watching Voltron and its god awful dubbing. I'm sure I watched it at some point in time but I can't remember...

As it stands Linebarrel is filling my giant robot quota for this season.

My opinion. It has the Super sentai thing like Sailor Moon, and the robot part like TFs, however it predates both seires, and is purely coincidence that it reminds me of both seires.

Yes, I'll give you the Sentai comparison but the basic of that equation is simplistic at best.

As for the idea of Transformers/Voltron(either lion or vehicle types) it only goes so far as using mechanical items and combining.
Seeing that Voltron forces are using mecha, while Cybertronions are living beings, and that the combining aspect for Voltron is the main gimick while only some Cybertronions have the ability, also hampers the math.

Thou I have no ability to change the opinion formed by how you remember these series, I just find the whole idea lacking. That may change as you watch more shows that are out there, or it may just be me getting old, but either way in your opinion it makes sence, in my opinion... it's just wrong.

Never watched Tokyo Mew Mew. Usa tried to get me to watch it but I told her, "I'm not watching that." and that was the end of it.

It has some similarities, but the same can be said for a number of girl sentai type shows:
Wedding Peach
Cyberteam in Akihabara
Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha

Personally, I watched a couple episodes when it debuted and then again after it was dubbed into Power, but really didn't care for it.

Considering it's dubbued by the worst company ever, I don't blame you. I hate when people judge SM before they watch it. My ex-Girlfriend thought it was a porno untill she actualy watched it. Then she thought it was "A gay show about a blonde slut and her lovers" Ouch!
