That's probably because no one who has ever written Arcee has EVER bothered to look at the character bio originally written for her: http://www.seibertron.com/comics/univer ... f_id=arcee Wasted potential, IMO.

As for her sex appeal...well, the only thing working against her is her being 20+ feet tall. Now, synthoid Arcee in "Only Human", on the other hand... :grin:
