I am looking at some of the stats for the HMW leaders. Averaging 24 kills per day seems very very difficult to do without playing HMW ALL THE TIME.

While I guess this is feasible, I find this unlikely. Especially considering that you need to hit the CR chamber after every other game (at least).

Are there any guards in HMW against players using bots?

not at present, we used to have one of them enter the password things, but that's been gona a good two, maybe three years now.

24 kills per day is pretty easy really.

When you're one of the top bots, taking out weaker opponents is easier thus meaning you can get more than 1 kill per mission.

There WERE safeguards in place to prevent bots/macros but they were disabled a while back.

Be careful of making accusations though, some people really do play for 16+ hours a day thanks to work and home access.

Or turn off Auto CR and keep plugging into missions until your stasis locked, or play 16+ hours a day. Or just get really lucky.

As far as I know, there is no protection in the game against bots. There used to be, but it got killed at some point (forgot why...)

The kills thing is kinda busted on the main team page. I theorize that it goes off of when you joined the boards and not HMW, but I dunno. If you're talking team kills, it'd be pretty easy to average 24 if the forumla is working for you, since that'd be 2 kills per day from each team member.

going off my kills per day my team kill four bots every five days...

which means it would take 3 years 7 months for me to rack up my current number of kills

a shame? i think either i've mistyped, or you've misread. surely it would be good to make it impossible for the game rules to be broken by disabling macros?

I'm implying nothing. there's no way i can know if you're using macros of not, i assume innocent in leiu of evidence.

it's not that bad if we do have to have the codes back, the auto fill function means you only have to type RAR repeatedly.

To get where GS is not impossible. I am ranked 29th and I only play 5 days a week for 10 to 11 hours tops because I dont have a home PC. If I was able to play 16 to 18 hours a day 7 days a week I know I would be in the top 5.

The numbers do add up. I keep my daily stats and if you like I will give them to you so you can calculate and see that GALVATRON SUPREME and the others are not cheaters. Their significant others might be cheating on them hahaha but not the top people.

I wish some of you would stop your bitching about people cheating. Tekka has crazy mission results and as much a I hate to see the guy do 500xp and have 85% of this life left I know some people are favored by the RNG gods.

Just deal with it

You may "assume" anything you'd like, your tone tells the tale of how you REALLY feel.

I not only welcome "image checks" to be reinstated immediately, but, I also welcome a full and thorough investigation into my account in whatever ways O.S. or anybody who is able to would like to. :-)

The only problem is This: What will be the excuse those who aren't doing well currently cling to AFTER they are reinstated? :-)

if anything having macroes functionally blocked protects players who have worked hard for their positions.

BUT it's entirely possible people are using macros,it has been done before, we had a solution, and it wasn't that bad a toll on things. sorry you think this is "bitching" but breaking the rules of the game is breaking the rules of the game.

GS i don't think you're cheating, but if you want to take things the wrong way, there is very little i can do about that. as before i'll state the reason i'm doing as well as others; i don't play as much. a thourough investigation of your account is going to prove nothing, it's an easy enough task to record a macro to put you'r pots in missions and have it cycle 24/7, but how is that gonna look different from if you're playing 24/7?

I do deal with peoples negative attitudes on here everyday. It gives us good folks something to talk about. It is humorous to see others accuse others of not playing fair over and over again.

If I really had a problem with you I wouldn't take the time to PM you about The Matrix.

I've come to realize one thing here at HMW, Some things in this world never change and luckily, some things do.
