I *think* it's supposed to be the recently listed TFP-Hot Shot, paint scheme courtesy of the Cybertron toy.

Although, this could be a good thing. If there's more than one version of Vehicon, less people will be hoarding the first one. Depending on how small the Decepticon cast ends up being, I might actually get both versions myself. I still hope they do the flying one too.
