And if he knew they were fighting, he'd punch him into dust.

You must be thinking of Tidal Wave from the game...? How about from the cartoon? He was much smaller in that.

In the cartoon he was like, 9 different sizes every episode. I still have to give it to tidal wave though. He's not made out of 6 tiny construction vehicles, rather 3 large warships. He never turned into those ships during the cartoon though, only the big one, so the mini ships are non canon. So I would say he wins, because he's solid, and still overall bigger than devastator is.

after watching a few videos to try and gauge tidal waves size. i figure he isnt as big as a combiner. when he was next to thrust thrust wasnt to far under his waist, same for hotshot.

I dont think any normal sized autobot even came to devastators knee.

Going with Devastator.

Tidalwave's height was never really determined.
During Armada, he shifted sizes three times per episode he was in, just so he could fit in with the plot at the time.
One minute, cyclonus and demolisher are under him and they need to run, or they'll get smashed. because he's so frikk'n huge!

And then the next minute he's so small he can form a teeny tiny arm shield to wear by megatron. that's why I go more or less by Energon Size. At least that was consistent.
And he was pretty freaking big

During the battle, TW would spontaneously shrink, then Devy would step n him. Devy's also smarter than most combiners.

I'm gonna have to disagree there. I think he's the dumbest combiner there is, save maybe for Abominus. Bruticus might be even with him, but the individual Combaticons are smarter than the Constructicons. Devastator is rather stupid.

i Would have to go with tidal wave. In the armada series the episode he premiered he had incredible fire power. Though his inteligence is probally the same as devastator, all i can really remember him saying ever was Tidal Wave. plus if he managed to damage devastator enough to get him into the 6 costructicons the fight would be over.
