I have a few 'Bots on my team that have at least 2 in strength. Is it worth getting armor for them? And if so what type works best?
I would ask this of my follow Autobots in Iacon but I do not have access :p

If you have no rank, then you go with Iron.

And yes, two tonnes of Iron is better than nothing.

At a lower level, just installing the basic Iron should be a nice start and then wait to upgrade it (rank and strength). Even a little bit is better than not having any. If you want to try to be more defensive, endurance is also a possible option to upgrade.

Just remember that it takes time to install and when you reset you lose it all and have to reinstall so if you like to adjust settings it can get quite expensive and timely.

I'm sure someone can give you a more scientific break down of the types of armor.

i recently had 6 Vanadium-Steel on http://www.seibertron.com/heavymetalwar ... r_id=84208
yet he seemed to take more damage than regular steel

some of the higher armors do seem to be weaker than some of the lower cost armors. V-steel being an example. I'm not sure if it IS weaker, or just a run of bad luck tho.
