Unless you have the dedication to put an entire day into animation (The Locust videos I made took me about five hours a piece), then I'd say no.
If you're willing to do it, then go right ahead. If you need voice acting, I've got literally a million personalities I can do.

Wouldn't be too hard to add voices. If you have Windows XP, then you'll probably have Windows Movie Maker. it'll take some practice, but once you get the hang of it, it's not all that bad, particularly if you can make Gif images.
