There was a fault with a vial of anti-biotic I was mixing and it sprayed all over my face. I was allergic to it and my throat closed over. Hehe, I helped myself to some of the adrenalin and problem solved, all at 3 in the morning on a night shift and my collegue was none the wiser.

It was a public holiday and there was no way in hell I was going home or being admitted - I wouldn't have gotten paid!! Stuff that!!

And I've had a few good near misses involving trucks and an uppity bull that decided to charge me. There was also an event involving a wasps' nest, a few litres of petrol and a shot gun.

I mean, really, if I die, I die, its not like I'm going to Hell, and besides, we could slip on the soap in the shower and smash our skull open, then where would you be? Lying naked in the water with your brains clogging up the sink hole. So yeah, I dont' get to worried about it.

I went blue when I was born ... obviously knew what I was getting myself into... The nurses hadn't cleaned out my throat because it was christmas day.

I had gastroenteritis when I was a year old (throwing up stomach lining) and couldn't eat solid food until I was 4 ish.

Fell downstairs top to bottom when I was about 8 and the rest I seemed to do that frequently.

Nearly died from the flu when I was 19 and had an allergic reaction to antibiotics last year...

Nothing quite spectacular but experiences nonetheless...
