It's not a tournament, I just have over 11 million in energon. I'm not seeing many requests from fellow Decepticons for energon donations so I figured I may as well get a bit of bounty hunting going on.
So it works in that it gives some life to the 'Con forum, I get rid of some energon, and we have a little bit of fun.
