But if one existed that they knew how they could contribute when they do play...
A set of guidelines or an attack plan for people to follow when they get on would be nice.
Those who didn't want to actively play and communicate with the other 'Bots could still contribute, while everyone else who wanted to be more cooperative could post in a different thread and be the ones who update the attack plan for the casual players.

Precisely; it seems worth the effort to me.
If a clear direction is discovered we can cleanup the stickies and the top and replace them with relevant stuff (Mission Strategy, Tourney Strategy, Timezone Info, etc.) that will give quick, to the point "how we all play together to be effective".
TANGENT: Heck, something I'd love to do is establish a naming convention; something so that when you see who's in a mission immediately know what capabilities they offer.
For instance, if + was the symbol for ram, + means 4 STR / 4 RAM minimum while ++ means 6 / 6, etc. You could add it as a suffix or prefix to a name (e.g. Jhudiel+ on my team). Post the rules in a single thread and immediately you know what others have to offer (and how to back them up).
TANGENT COMPLETE: But, that's a little bit of a pipe dream right now - general timezone coordination and build agreements for avoid / ram / strafe / repair should be the first step.

That sounds like a good idea. Even if only the players who actively read the forums knew about it, at least it would give you some idea of what kind of bots were in a mission before joining it.
My wife and I both play this casually. I stumbled onto it while looking up the names of some toys I picked up at a garage sale a few years ago and since my wife and I both watched transformers as kids and had a general intrest in transformers we started playing this casually. I probably play more than her since I can do this from work when its not busy where as she can't log on from the hospital while she's at work. For the most part we try and jump into any mission where autobots already have a presence and are outnumbered and usually ignore any mission thats already at 4+ cons/preds/maxi vs 0 bots. I dont know that she reads these forums at all though, and I only usually browse them from work occasionally. We both just casually play drop our bots in missions while watching TV or before logging into other games.
