good strategy SoL. use it well, friend.
@ashe, dangit man i wish i was around to join in some of those missions. mornings for me are kind of hectic so it’s no guarantee i’ll be on to throw in.
this is why i stress cooperation between all available Autobots in Iacon, so we can always back one another up and not get caught in the Con trap of bragging rights. all that can come later, once we begin winning on our own terms, not over lucky wins we get.
if we work together to establish a support system over here, we can do anything.
what we need to hold on to is the fact that we have the advantage of choosing our targets, so we must utilize that to its
fullest extent.
when we make unhelpful deployment decisions, the Autobots lose valuable resources, and missions that can actually be won by proper cooperation are being fought by one or two bots because the rest of the Autobot army is in stasis lock.
we quite honestly need to pick and choose when and where we strike and stick to those mechanics.
concerning Hell missions, i hate to drag on about it, but it’s important that we all understand what’s at stake:
Hell missions are among the funnest missions. that’s incontestable.
they offer big payouts on a good run. that’s incontestable as well.
but entering a Hell mission as soon as it pops up, and with an alt mode that is being hunted for the event, and with no
high level backup, is detrimental to the Autobot cause.
i have to say this again, without
high level backup, it is an unwise decision to just deploy into a hell mission as soon as it appears.
Autobots simply do not have the resources for that.
it is essentially handing the enemy free points, especially when the bot could have been used more strategically elsewhere.
we Autobots are severely outnumbered: every victory counts. every loss hurts.
during non-event downtime, there is absolutely
no problem with deploying whenever we want into hell, because that is the time we take to build and get exp, but during the time when we are in an active campaign that will decide the overall fate of Cybertron, we can not afford to have rogue Autobots looking for big exp gains.
please be aware that i am
NOT singling anyone out; and despite what the Cons are probably saying about me, i do not think myself superior to any Autobots, because obviously we’re all in this together and i just want us to work together and do well
while not fighting the war in a manner that benefits the Decepticons over our own faction. that is all.
as long as Autobots remember that, we’ll be alright.
with that said, i must address exactly what i am talking about:
these two missions:
https://www.seibertron.com/heavymetalwa ... _id=480398https://www.seibertron.com/heavymetalwa ... _id=480400those deployments are an honest waste of
extremely valuable resources, especially when we could have used a healer here, which was just 4 missions after the hell one.
https://www.seibertron.com/heavymetalwa ... _id=480404we can fight this war effectively, Autobots. it just takes patience and strategic planning. trust and believe.
we have the advantage of strategic deployments, but we Autobots need to
work together and get ALL of us who are participating in this event in Iacon talking about winning tactics.
if any AUTOBOT disagrees, please give sound reasoning for objective consideration. all viewpoints will be considered.
