Now that is set up, we will be taking applications for Level Councilors. There will be 12 Level Councilors, one for each level (0-11). Any one is eligible to be a level councilor. There are only a couple stipulations that I ask of you. First, you must at least be at the level you are applying to be a councilor for. A Level 1 can not apply for the Level 3 Councilor position. You do not have any exerience at that level Second, you cannot be higher more than two levels above the position you are applying for. A Level 6 cannont apply for the Level 3 Councilor position, but a Level 4 and Level 5 may. This is because you may be too far removed from that level. The second stipulation may be bent under circumstances that there is no one to fill a lower level councilor position.

There may be expanded roles of the level councilor positions later on, such as being head of recruiting. These will be decided upon when all Level Councilor positions are filled. I will add that some of the higher positions may not be filled due no one being in at that level.

Here is what I ask of those who are interested. Please announce your application in here. Announce what councilor position you are applying for. Also write a breif statement on why you would be a good level councilor. Provide a link to you team, HMW permitting, so we may look at your team. We will be taking applications through the end of the month. The High Council will then discuss all of the canidates and decide the Level Councilor positions.

For clarification purposes when I mean what level you are, I mean the average level of the bots on your team. You HMW team profile has this statistic for you. Else use the average level of the bots on your team, if known, rounded to the nearest level.
