I snatched him up while out and about today. Your ani is so sweet, I feel like I don't even have to open him up.
Naw, who am I kidding.
wetwithwaterwings wrote:Thanks for sharing the setup and for the advice on MP-10. It's good to know that there is science behind your photography and it's not just wizardry that makes your photos so incredible.
So cool! Mine arrives in a few hours or less and I'm even more excited now.
I took a pic of this little guy while taking a break from shooting Brainstorm who I am having a very difficult time doing any kind of photograpic justice to.

Ha! Good on you then, I like a man who displays his passion proudly. But I got bad news. Dont know if you saw but I recently posted a top 5 best transformer beards article and I am now working on many others, one being top 5 ugliest transformers. And one of those is on it...

He's a great figure. The colors are beautiful and he looks fantastic in both modes.Cyberpath wrote:Thank you! Neat Prime, too! Looking forward to your Brainstorm pix. Mine should be here in about a week.
I can almost hear him roaring. Cool photo.gema wrote:Another dinobot

He is MIRACULOUS! I was beside myself with giddiness at the notion that, he is not a Generations toy, he is a CLASSICS toy. Any short comings in alt mode are trumped by that perfect robot mode.Cyberpath wrote::lol: Thanks! How do you like him so far?

Fires_Of_Inferno wrote:Yeah, I read it, and loved it! Though I might have put Wreck-Gar at #1 myself!I figure it's either going to be Energon Arcee, or RoTF Arcee in your next list. I wouldn't blame you on either account, but I'd put my money on Energon Arcee since she's such a disappointing toy. I'm more Bias to RoTF Arcee being an awesome toy, due to the crazy, inhuman design. I wish they'd kept designs like that in following movies instead of making them even MORE human-like.

Fires_Of_Inferno wrote:I didn't really watch Transformers Cybertron, but I DID buy the toys! Thunderblast is another one I dug up that I remembered not liking, but like now. One of the worst offenders of shellformation, and having a problem with balance are barely offset by the hilariously over-sized weapon. Not bad really, seeing as how the Cybertron toyline has produced MUCH worse figures!

Which cybertron figure is worst than Thunderblast? I agree some are bad, but none are as bad as her in my opinion. She doesnt even really transform, you just hide her under a boat and close the doors.

Ohhhh, my money is on either Scattershot or Lugnutz, hated them both toywise, never got to see the cartoon that much.
And she's the only fembot with actual- nevermind.

I cant vouch for Lugnutz since I never played with him or owned him but Scattershot is an amazing little guy that makes me sad to see how poorly we have gotten since in terms of the scout class. Sure, they are smaller transformers, but they can still have fun transformations and great sculpts. The ROTF line understood that really well but the only one that has wowed me since is Generations Cosmos.

Actually, I rather like Lugnutz, but I like choppers/Harley style motorcycles. And Lugnutz was pretty much a Decepticon version of G1 Beachcomber in the cartoon, and I loved that.
Which one is worse than Thunderblast? Backstop, Breakdown, Overhaul, and Scourge come to mind.

Couldnt agree more. Backstop is really, really fun! Sure, the bot have to side-walk like a crab. Sure, his super weapon in bot mode is pointless. However, I think he look great and is a fun little guy to transform back and forth. I have the original at work and the repaint at home... Twice! One sealed, one open to play with.
Also, Thunderblast is a very fun and amazing figure. Sure, she cheat, but I've seen worst.
For me, the worst Cybertron figures are that scout "future bike" that I dont remember the name and Override. The first one is just ugly looking all over, the secont is a bigg mess, handicaped by his cumbersome gimmicks.
No matter, the Cybertron line have around 90% of AMAZING stuff. Which make one of the BEST line ever.

I was about to say "But no Mini-Cons!" But then I remembered that they were all on the giant planet, AND there were those three annoying ones. So, yes, I have to agree, a lot of the Cybertron toyline was enjoyable! If only the show had been at least halfway decent, but Cybertron, and the two Unicron series' sucked.
EDIT: The shows did, anyway.

To stay off topic, I can agree that the shows Armada and Energon did suck. However, I quite enjoyed the Galaxy Force show. Maybe seeing it in original Japanese fansubbed in English helped.
