Beast Machines Battle Unicorn is one of those strange cases of, "It's SOOO stupid, it RULES".
Va'al hit the nail on the head. Like the entire BM line, BU is a "strange bugger".
My first thought when I saw him was, Awesome, a battle stallion for my Micromans to ride.
His beast mode is a little silly, but i love that it evokes a heavy armored war steed with the magic of a unicorn. How can you not love his axe wielding heavy metal dwarf knight robot mode? His head sculpt is really cool with that uni-horn helmet. The integration of the weapon into beast mode is really neat too.
One of my favorite things about all Beast Machines - translucent plastics.

CORRECT! XD I wanted to have Steeljaw as a reindeer, but I couldn't find another gold twist-tie. Then I remembered the dog from How The Grinch Stole Christmas. Works better than I thought!

Sadly, I don't have AoE Hound. If I did though then I'd have to have TWO Santas! I was going to use the Legends Class Leadfoot that's in the picture, just so it would be similarly sized. Then I figured if I was going to do it, I'd have to do it right! I didn't know what to do for a more prominent beard. Then I remembered I had just brought the laundry in. The drier sheet was still warm while I was strapping it to his face. XD

I didn't have a chance to get the RiD version of Wheeljack, so when the BH version came out I jumped on it. Most of my Prime Autobots are the BH ones, but that's fine with my, they all look good anyway!

She has a worse butt flap than the hasbro one. At least Hasbro has it as some sort of outer shell which folds up, while this is really just a butt flap. And looking a the alt mode, its a butt flap for the vehicle too, not the smartest engineering I have seen to cover an empty hole in the alt mode.

SO happy I have all the 3rd season Predacons! Inferno will always be my favorite character, but Tarantulas' figure is hard to top! Also, yeah, Waspinator is missing parts, but I just tell myself that it kinda fits anyway.

Nope, just mis-transformed. The butt flap actually sits up higher than that.

Primus is an awesome figure! He could be a little more poseable, but give how much he weighs, it would have been hard to do I guess. Either way, he's my favorite graven image!
