Just one big brawl with all of todays Anti heroes. Heroes that don't give a crap on how the do it, but if it gets done.

He still retains his ban from both Heaven and Hell, and is thus immortal.
Kinda hard for Vegeta to destroy him. Any killing or disentegrating blast from Vegeta to Lobo would harm Lobo, but would not kill him. Due to the immortality. Any drop of blood that is spilled from Lobo, allows Lobo to get an army of Lobo to take out Vegeta and the rest.

Vegeta could blow up the planet they're fighting on and fly to a different one for his oxygen (he can do that --it has been shown).
Would be kinda hard for Lobo to come back to life with the planet being destroyed.

You do know that Lobo can in fact breath in space, and is an intergalactic bounty hunter, right? Not to mention that he's killed his entire race of people.
Somehow, I don't think Vegeta blowing up a planet will do anything.
