Given that I don't remember that happening, but I believe you, maybe the Cylons gave her an antidote or revived her or something? I can't accept that the final Cylon is Ellen Tigh. If that's true, then I have to accept it, but there's still the second half of this season to go. I hope that this is incorrect, and that she's not it.

Actually they didn't show it after she was killed tyhey showed it on this past episode showing what happened around the time of the occupation on New Caprica
Dude its on tommorow night watch it its all about Ellen and Boomer escaping the Cylons to join the fleet
