Seems very interesting. They're supposed to be released in April, so hopefully we'll learn more in the next few weeks!

I just checked and they have actually posted pictures now. It's definitely the same Predacon that was shown at Toy Fair and on the TF facebook page recently. BBTS has also already lowered the price some too.
Also, Beast Hunters Ratchet is looking more and more like Dinobot! He even has an almost identical weapon as Dinobot's spinning tail weapon from Beast Wars!

They're supposed to be Scout/Commander size, as far as I remember.
With the targetmasters around Legends/Legion size.
