So? Len Wein, Patrick Barry, and Christy Marx weren't brought on board until season 2. Evan Sommers, Jules Dennis, Arthur Sellers, D.C. Fontana, Eric Torin, and oh yeah, SIMON FREAKING FURMAN weren't involved until season 3.
On a side note, Ian Weir, who wrote "Code of Hero", also gave us "Possession", which was by far the coolest season 1 episode. He should have written the whole series, if you ask me...
