A face only a mother can love

Originally, I had no plan to really get the Junkions beyond Wreck-gar. But then I saw Scraphook and loved his alt. Then Crashbar with his ‘stache and alt. Then Axlegrease was announced, then Trashmaster…..I have to catch ‘em all now! . I never knew I wanted a team of Junkions!

A tad late on commenting on Animated Blitzwing, but he was one of my favorites i use to have when i was in Germany. That should have been one i kept.

Hey SGM! When I found out about that Animated Blitzwing and his man-e-faces, I had to hunt him down. I lean towards G1 pretty hard, but he is my favorite incarnation of Blitzwing because he’s an oddity — and I love them oddballs most.

Thanks guys! I have seen so many cool combos with the weaponizers/fossilizers/Junkions but I am so bad at it. Maybe once Trashmaster comes home I can let the parts fly and re-assemble themselves or something, or have my son try. I was never a Lego Master and that would help here lol.

Did any of you try to mix and match? The best I could do was take Brunt’s cannon and give it to Super Megatron (so not much lol).

I honestly haven’t messed with the Junkions, i dont own any. I do have Cog and Red Cog, but they are both in robot mode displayed in the diorama i have for them. So i really haven’t tried to mess with any form of those.

Speaking of that crew, i recently purchased Beast Machines Thrust, so looking forward to getting him in hand.

Ooh nice, I really like BM Thrust — especially his alt mode. The Beast Wars Returns Thrust in red (cycle drones?) also look really cool. I always wanted to do some army building with Vehicons, but they just keep rising in price. But the same could be said for all lines at this point!

The hunt for them Walmart G2 exclusives was a wild one — and all I really wanted was Grimlock. I ended up finding him from a non-scalper for MSRP, luckily, and man is he awesome! I am so happy to finally have this mould of Grimlock.. I also feel fortunate now that I missed out on his SS86 — if I hadn’t, I would have had to buy all the Dinobots! This way, he feels like a lone incarnation of the bot who would be king
I was also fortunate to finally find a couple grail figs I had given up on: Break and Colada from Beast Wars Neo! My favorite vintage toy shop happened to get those Vs packs, MISB, and I could not say no or choose just one….
Anyway, Happy Friday! With all the recent announcements, we will all be spending fools (although I only have JAXA Prime on preorder at the moment!).
