With Scorponok/Olin Zarak's reveal today, we got one more reveal left for the box set! The last reveal will be a Knight.

So based on the past four reveals, it seems to be characters that either haven't had updates (in the case of Devcon and Scorponok), or obscure ones (Cannonball, Ferak, and Tornado). That... could be a long list of possibilities.

Could FunPub get back on schedule with the reveals and do the final one this coming Monday? Or are they going to wait a full week or so to do the final one?

Even though I understand that the Knights' custom faction symbol is a stylized Autobot symbol, I have a question that's kinda bugged me a little: is there precedence that Knights can not be both Autobots and Decepticons? If there are Decepticon Knights, that might expand our possible Knight list some.

I'm still surprised they never repainted Universe Dinobot into Beast Wars Grimlock. That always seemed so obvious to me.

Not quite... I was thinking more of a coalition force, like how the Autobots and Decepticons teamed up against Megaplex's clone army in last year's Termination, or against Shockwave, his goons, and the Ammonites in Robots in Disguise/Dark Cybertron.

Shouldn't Devcon count as the latter since he's also an obscure dude who's never had a toy until now?

And S.2 is an homage, so he doesn't count. I do know about the proposed redecos of BM Mirage and Energon Slugslinger, but that's it.

I don't know if anyone's suggested this yet, but I've been thinking for a long time that the club should do a set of Transmetal Waspinators as G1 Seekers. The jet alt mode works perfect for it and if they went so far as to give each of them 2 of the weapons that TM Waspinator comes with they could each have dual null rays on their arms.

Aren't the Armada Terrorsaur and Fox Kids Cheetor supposed to be those versions, or am I mistaken? I thought that's where they got those color schemes from for the fiction/comics.

Yeah, the blasted Scorpoknockoff has rendered all demand nil

They used the mold two years ago, but perhaps Generations Thunderwing retooled into Star Saber? That is the only character I can think of that might steal some of Scorponok's thunder.

I could also see Universe Silverbolt being retooled, but there's no way there's still room for an Ultra in the box set.

I'd like to see Powered Convoy from FOC Ultra Magnus

I'd like to see the next reveal, if only so I can decide if I'll need to sell both arms or just one to afford it all (never bought a Botcon set before, although came close on the G2/Pyro,etc guys) and see if I'll splash out for the whole thing or try and get just Scorpy.

I'm still holding out hope for a Broadside made from Armada Tidal Wave.

I also believe a Nightracer from Animated Arcee is coming. Their bodies in the TFCC comics are identical, save for a new head.

I'd have a fangasm. Especially if they did more of Jhiaxus' G2 clones(Soundwave, plz?).

She'd also be a good choice to celebrate the Botcon 20th anniversary since she was the '95 exclusive.

Why is it taking so long to reveal the 5th figure. I'm not trying to complain, I'm just curious.

I would like to believe it because the last figure is the biggest, but I'm afraid to go there and wind up disappointed.

With Ginrai having been revealed, let the Souvenir Speculation begin! With 3 Knights, 2 Pirates and a Rogue to guess, we already have some contenders mold-wise.

- Silas Breakdown for Squirm, the chest cavity is just begging to be used
- Air Vehicon as... I don't know. I'm just proposing that because of the lizard Igu, who could be used for the Navigator.

I don't necessarily see how those guys follow the pattern the previous five seemed to set, unless their gig is "celebrating obscure characters".

I don't get the connection betweeen the Star Seeker Navigator and the Autobot Navigator, either, apart from their shared name.
