Slap a Megatron head on any old body just for the sake of having a team leader in the set. Wss there really no past character that actually resembles the Breakdown mold that could have been homaged ? I dont see how this set is supposed to top Scorponok...
If it's this Oil character, I will literally be put to sleep... the only way to top Scorponok is to repaint that mold into a slavish BW Scorponok with a new head.

It's the gorilla, not the far superior bandito spider

Whatever it is might not be in the egg.Rated X wrote:Sabrblade wrote:This isn't the "top Scorponok" figure. The next one is.Rated X wrote:Im actually shocked people are liking this. I dunno what they can put in that little purple egg that would top scorponok or even devcon.

I picked up on that too. If Roddy isn't #5, I'd be very surprised if he weren't an attendee or something.Sabrblade wrote:Since he's mentioned in Megatron's bio, I wonder if we might get the counterpart Rodimus Prime of this Megatron as a souvenir figure to go with him.

Though they couldn't do it this year, it would be cool if they were to use the Combiner Wars Hot Spot mold to finally give us some toy version of New Rodimus:Tsutsukakushi wrote:shajaki wrote:I picked up on that too. If they do Rodimus Prime, Guessing it will be a Souvenir add on botcon 2015 toy. Just don't see any bigger toys released from a few years ago. That would fit the Rodimus Prime character.

The colors look good (Scalpel needs detail. Oh, and I DID IT BEFORE YOU PETE!!!) Using Heavyweight as the G1 mace is clever and unexpected. Although I woulda gone Purple not Pink. and having his fusion cannon included is good to see as well. And I like the head.
It's just not Megatron.RiddlerJ wrote:Well, if the last one is Oilmaster, what does anyone think they're going to use for the shell?
I'm expecting Universe 2 Primal again. And you know what? I'm okay with that.

Rotorstorm from Generations Fall of Cybertron Vortex.
Turbofire from Generations Thrilling 30 Trailcutter.
Eagle Eye from Generations Thrilling 30 Armada Starscream.
Blue Bacchus from Transformers Tomahawk.
Nightracer from Generations Thrilling 30 Tailgate.
I imagine we'll see a few of these in the exclusive packs.
