You do realise that he has a full 10 stats in strength that use up 1,023,000xp of his 1,055,041xp.
So while he may have twice the xp of any of my lvl 3 bots, the choice he's made where to spend his xp means he can't be any higher than lvl 2.

If they put even 1 point into ram, that might have had a different outcome
