It is the Justice League video game where noone of the tv show voice actors participated in it. Ron Perlman is the largest name on the list in that game, but I have to say that he doesn't really count as a voice actor of Batman in my book just because he was in the game.

No, even the cutscenes wouldn't really happen. Like Darkseid convincing Earth villians to follow him even though that would never actually work.
