If you think we're a minority seeking attention, you're horribly wrong. As stated before, this thread is just for finding fans of similar persuasion, nothing more. He doesn't seek acceptance or anything, just friends.

I don't see what seeking attention has anything to do with peoples of other sexualities liking transformers? That would be kinda silly lol. Considering I said I didn't care if anyone was male or female inside or out.

As far as im concerned, they're not organic, so would not need 2 sexes and do not need to reproduce.. the matrix creates life. Considering they can feel pain, it follows they can feel pleasure from things as well. And most lifeforms have a survival instinct of avoiding what hurts and doing what feels nice.

But I doubt whatever TFs do to each other that "feels good" would resemble human sex very much... and it certainly wouldn't be used for reproduction.

Joking aside...and as an on topic question to everyone out there, how do you all feel about the use of the word "gay" when it's used in a derrogatory or discouraging manner? Do you do it? Do your friends do it? Does it actually matter?

Personally, I don't use it in those negative terms. I know enough people who aren't hetero that long, long ago it became kind of wrong even in my own mind to use it as such. That being said, around friends of mine who are gay, the word is often used in fun and truly good natured joking just like any other ball-busting you would do with your friends.

I don't really use the word other then talking about something homosexual but then again..I'm gay in two different ways lol. I think that the only time I have a problem with it is when someone says it as a negative aspect saying something is stupid because I think that's kinda insulting especially if its directed towards someone. I don't really think much of it though because I am who I am labels aside.

Atm for me I think this would be the most gayest thread on the site because I've been laughing lol. Its funny when people take the things I say seriously when I'm not being serious. XD I don't see how its so offending. x3

I'm not a sensitive person. But I recognize that others are, so I don't use "gay" in a derogatory manner. On the other hand, it doesn't bother me when I hear someone else use it, or even more offensive terms. I don't correct my friends when they say it. After all, words get their power from our reactions.
Some of my gay friends don't mind the word at all. Some of them get offended when it's used incorrectly. One of my friends doesn't like the word "gay" even when it IS used in the correct context, because he feels it has a negative connotation.
But me... it's just a word to me.

Though I have been known to respond to things like "that test was so gay" with "I don't think that test had a sexual preference." Picked that up from one of my high school teachers... it just kinda slips out sometimes. XD

Tho i'm straight, my best friend is gay, and 2 of my sisters are lesbian (not with each other you pervs), and for a long time i had more L/G/B/T friends than straight friends, so I'm very open minded about people. Also i live right next to San Francisco and you tend to see more openly gay couples so its nothing unusual to me.

When my mom found out about my sisters she was excited, and said she always wanted gay kids and why couldn't i be more like my sisters...

i sooo wish i was joking about that

There are other sites for pushing our sexuality to your attention? Golly. He isn't 'pushing' anything. You didn't have to open the thread. And going on a gay site probably isn't the best way to meet gay TF fans.
