is it possible to delete one of your bots you dont want for you can make room to make another?

No its not possible, but if you go to the character's profile screen you can go to "Edit" and change its name, profile, motto etc.

If you want to change the altmode click "Upgrade" and on that screen there will be a link that says "Reset Transformer", click that and you it will reset your stats and bring up the alt mode selection.

thanks it just made one and i dont like it so i wont have to worry about the stats to much lol

Just remember, if you reset, you'll lose all/any armor you installed. All weapons will be kept though, and of course, all xp will be kept.

Just because of the sheer amount of times this question is asked, there should be a button or link in HMW that leads to a page that says:

"Less impossible
It is to eat a sedan
Than to delete him"

odd, i recognized that was a haiku off the bat.

hell, that should be added to the minicons button. but that need to be changed to say "ya cant have none. Quit askin"
