I ended up going with Beelzeboss for my Goldbug upgrade. The smooth aesthetic matches the Classics Bee mold a bit better than RF's sharper rendition, in my opinion.

I do have the Hub & Bump scout kits though (and the black 'shadow scout' ones), so needless to say, I have lots and lots of that Classic Bee mold going around.

Plus, with the Beelzeboss comic-accurate kit on super clearance at BBTS, I might have to get a second United 'Bee at that.

I just liked RF's sharper aesthetic better. Also I wasn't going for accuracy, I got the black version cause it fit better with the rest of his black plastic. But Beelzeboss' is a mighty nice head. And I didn't even know they made a yellow one! That could totally stand in as a G2 "gold" Bumblebee!!

Last week I got a shipping e-mail and tracking number for my Orion axe. Now I kind of regret not buying the Skyfire gun. The pictures made it look a bit oversized compared to the G1 cartoon. I was hoping somebody would do a smaller alternative but nobody ever stepped up. 50 is such a small run for such a common retail figure like Jetfire. He should have done like 200. I asked Azim if he would consider doing a 2nd run, but he never responded.

Also since Azim often reads this thread, Id like him to consider doing a G1 Crosshairs head for Cloud Shattered Glass Roadbuster. This needs to happen. Especially since his targetmaster is already available from Mastershooter Collectibles. Mine just came in today (thanks Chimungmung) and he is going straight to my rebirth shelf.

I am also confused with this wording: "The head is also not glued together, to allow making painting it easier." Does that possibly mean that the entire head is one color and the mouthplates need to be painted??? Confused... Any thoughts on this, folks?

The head comes colored, like all other Renderform kits. It won`t be glued, as there are 3 parts that make up the head, and by seperating the parts, it makes it easier for anyone to paint up. However, if you don`t want to customize it, you can just plug it straight on the body, out of package, and it`ll be fine. Just keep in mine the articulation issues, if you don`t want to customize it. I`m still planning a pirate themed Leo Prime head later, which will be a completed product.

I've been trying to keep an eye on Renderform since the trend seems to be down time followed by SURPRISE new stuff! And it's funny, other news sites (who cover 3P stuff) don't report on RF from anything I've seen. Anyways, check out the new Banshee Blades!

RW-011 Blaze and Emerald Banshee Blades

Two new colors for the very popular Banshee Blade will be going up for preorder soon, here on Renderform.com! An orange and green version, both limited to 25 sets each. Pricing will be $20 plus shipping for each sword. The Banshee Blade is one of most time consuming accessories I have produced, and at the same time, the coolest looking amongst them all. Based on a design from the War for Cybertron/Fall of Cybertron games. The Banshee Blade is compatible with any figure that can hold a 5mm or 4mm peg weapon.

I have never tried this before through renderform, but do you offer the option of holding items that have already been paid so that they can get shipped out with preorders? Otherwise it's not a big deal since shipping isn't horrendous for small items.

Yes, I do offer to hold items, as well offer payment extensions. Usually theres a 10 day un-enforced time limit to pay, but I'm always willing to wait past that for people who do really want the items. All you have to do is either make a request in the comment section, during check out, or contact me after you get an invoice.

Here comes a big one!

Need some fire power for your Combiner War Stunticons? Here is a look at my take on their original G1 guns, with a modern spin. Each gun features a 5mm peg, and works with any other figure that can support the peg. Breakdown and Dragstrip's gun come in blue and purple, based on their G1 colors, or black, like Dead Ends and Wildrider/Offroad. The guns will come in a 4 pack set for $25 plus shipping, or you can buy them individually for $8 each. The designs shown are prototypes, and the final design will be modified and have the known Renderform finish and quality. Sizing will also be scaled down a bit. However, if people like the current size, please reply and make it known.

Motormaster and Menasor won't have to feel left out, as the RW-021 "The Eliminator" rifle brings a G1 updated gun for them to use! This gun is as long as the stock sword that comes with Motormaster. Available in G1 style purple, or black, these will be $20 each plus shipping for the first 48 hours once preorders go live! After that, the guns will be $25 each. As this gun is also in prototype stage, feedback on any changes, like size, is definitely welcome!

Still waiting almost 24 hours later for his site to go live. Right now its still on "maintenance mode". If Im reading his posts correctly, it seems he has canned the "limited" number releases in favor of accepting all pre-orders within the 1st 48 hours of his site going live. That's a very respectable move since many of us were waiting at 1 PM PST yesterday for nothing. Nobody should have to sit in front of a computer all day hitting refresh to compete with other buyers. Ive always said he should adopt the "make to order" approach style of business but send invoices out in small groups to avoid a Maiden Japan style scenario. Either way, when his site goes live, I plan on placing a pretty large order now. Thanks Azim. As far as feedback on size for the Stunticon guns...keep them small pistol sized guns so they dont look like rifles. Keep the big gun big as it is perfect for Menasor. Maybe do a smaller version for motormaster that doesnt seem over sized.

He's said on facebook that he'll honour all pre-orders made within the first 48 hours of the pre-orders going live, regardless if it's above the advertise "Limited" number.

That said, I want that Menasor gun for my FP Menasor.
