Hm not keen on these. Should have left mouthplates on Wheeljack (that 'facial hair' looks as bad as that Unicrone Rodimus from the PotP) and Grimlock. And everyone's lost a finger off each hand for simplicity i guess. And Blurr's got that really crappy overly spikey IDW head style (and obnoxious facial expression). Prowl looks the most 'normal'. I kinda wanna push those windows down on Ratchet's shoulders cos they look odd sticking up like that just likely to get broken.

Man, these brand-new designs for these characters for Cyberverse are fabulous! Though, i'm extremely anxious enough to see what the alt-mode for all of these characters would look like. Should any of you guys find a images of the alt-modes of all of these character, who are just recently being posted on the Hasbro website, pleas feel free to post them up for all of us to see. Thanks.

Wheeljack actually sort of reminds me of me: beard, science, engineer, and a smile
I am digging the designs and bios. I'm really glad Thundercracker made the cut, but poor Skywarp!
I wish we did get some better toys of these designs, they are quite cool. I'm drawn to Jackie with all the tech detailing and seeming body mods, Hot Rod is pretty sweet, Shockwave and Soundwave both look angry and awesome, and Grimlock is my Grimlock!

Hot Rod looks pretty good. It's surprising that Acid Storm will finally be getting a major role in a Transformers series, though.

Based on the design of Cyberverse Shadow Striker's robot mode, it is officially confirmed by Hasbro at the Toy Fair that her alt-mode will be like that of a car. But what kind of car to be exact?

Yeah I suppose you are right. Seems most people dislike his new look but I think it's pretty funny. I mean he does have the personality to try some kind of weird look with his facial plating. Either way we could give him a flannel shirt and call him "Lumberjack".
Overall I think I like some of these new designs more than I did originally. Yeah I think Bumblebee ans Windblade look odd but the rest look pretty cool. Especially the Decepticons. I think the thousand yard stare doesn't look so bad on characters that are supposed to be villains.
Ratchet, Grimlock and Prowl all look really good to me. Blurr, Rodimus and Wheeljack look sort of funny but I think it suits them anyways. My main concern is the story and the characterization. I did not like the art style for TFA when I first saw it but it grew on me when I watched the show. So if they make up for some of the characters looking odd with great story I am all for it. I did not like the same old stuff happening over and over in RiD.
What I want is for them to write something like TFP but improve on that formula. The character development and seriousness was great. If we could have something that took those elements and left out the plot holes, rushed parts (I know that was caused by budget issues and the hub shutting down but a little planning may have prevented this) and maybe lightened up just slightly. While I was into the tone of the show I know that it went from serious to dark at times. Which I personally like sometimes but I know that scares some kids and parents away so maybe it's better left to the comics to be dark.

ok my apologies, that was one of those *too long didn't watch* things since all I would have wanted to know was about the WFC toyline, and the Cyberverse Animated Series...sad to say, both are kind of let downs this year.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the animation, but that's my opinion for all the series in the 21st century except for Car Robots and Prime. I still abhor the animation of TFA, as well liked as it is by the fandom overall. The exceptional writing did eventually win me over, but sometimes (no joke), I prefer to just listen to it with my eyes closed and imagine a better look for it.
As for this new show, I'm pretty sure It's not for me. I'll try to be as objective as I can, but usually my instincts on these things is pretty accurate, for me at least.

Thundercracker vs Windblade and Bumblebee- New clip from Transformers Cyberverse Animated Series
- Motto: "My past no longer binds my future..."
- Weapon: Battle Blades
Thanks to fellow Seibertron user Surivivefan23, we've been informed that a new clip from the Transformers Cyberverse Animated series has been placed on YouTube, courtesy of YouTube user Angelina Pax.
The clip shows Windblade talking to Bumblebee, asking about his memory. The yellow bot cannot remember anything other than being able to do doughnuts. It's worth pointing out that apparently at this point, he can only talk through his radio, like in previous incarnations of the character, most notably his live action movie counterpart. With Windblade getting no further answers out of bee, Thundercracker attacks and looks to over power Windblade till Bumblebee steps in...

I'm really hoping that Bee talking through his radio is temporary. The character model is so dynamic and expressive, it's an absolute waste to prevent him from speaking.

Wow, I am slightly surprised by the negativity in the comments. Everyone's entitled to an opinion, but in mine, this looks promise. The hand on hand action is pretty good, albeit a bit choppy, and the voice acting is good as well. The animation is... well, it may grow on me. And the lack of using the ranged weaponry when it is obviously there... well, context is everything. But the story seems promising. Keeping my mind open.
