I know the other stock photos don't even try to make him use the "swivel" so it probably really doesn't exist.
Maybe I'm just unable to accept such a baffling decision, I'd honestly rather sacrifice ankle articulation if it means gaining proper arm articulation. We've lived years without ankle tilts in TFs, so I have no idea why they went with no bicep swivel. A shame since I personally really enjoy how the figure looks otherwise.
Looks like they couldn't do a bicep swivel, so they gave him a swivel at the forearm
maybe a dud for you but not others, I am one that displays them as a team not in gestalt form.DeathReviews wrote:
That's a shame in some ways. It means the Dead End robot mode will be the dud. But, let's be frank - everyone is going to leave him as a Menasor arm anyway, right?
That's the great thing about collecting, we all have our guidelines and does it for his/her own reason.Cyber Bishop wrote:No pleasing some at all. Rodimus Prime wrote:For me, I found at least 1 reason to not get each and every one of these, so I won't. I was back and forth on the Stunticons, but the robot mode on Dead End is a failure in my view, and for some reason until now it didn't sink in how horribly the split car mode looks on Menasor. I guess with Dragstrip it didn't look as bad? It's too bad because I think Motormaster was done very well.
Emerje wrote:Canon Prime - Visually disappointing, but also an engineering disappointment since it appears to be a partsformer. The arms are in the lens and I can't find any way for them to get to the sides of the body without taking the lens apart and popping them on and sticking the end onto the chest. Total fail, can't wait to see what they're charging for this.

Pointblank/Blanker.... doesn't have a bicep swivel? The figure looked rough before, but missing articulation that's been standard for like 15 years is pretty much the death blow for me. If nothing else, pointblank will now serve as the example to fans of targetmasters, powermasters and Armada characters why modern figures can't come with their little partners. Budgets just can't support that anymore (and even with peacemaker this toy screams budget cuts)
That's like comparing Earthrise Optimus to the the PlayStation Optimus. They're not the same thing.optimeow wrote:Both look terrible. Siege Reflektor 3-pack was the best update so far, in my opinion.
