They're called Fizzy Fruits. My mom came home and gave me a bottle of these grapes and said she saw them on the news. They're soaked in carbonated water or something and they taste...fizzy like a soda...only it's a grape. I'm almost through the enitr bottle now. lol.
They've got promotions for Meet the Robinsons on them so I'm guessing it's marketing ploy. A good one though.

we get them in at my walmart but dont sell them so my boss marks them down to a dollar and we buy them for "snacks" they are very good

I think it was sort of like a nectarine, kind of dry for an apple.

I've had grapples before. They look like an apple, taste very much like an oversweet apple, but smell distincly like a grape.
Infact, I brought one to school once and it baffled my friends to no end. They stared at it, smelled it, and each tried it all the time going "this is nitz! Geneticall altered fruit!"

They're good. They remind me like eating a cold green apple. You get that sharp sour taste...only w/ the grapes it's more fizzy then sour.

Grapples are good. We sold the hell out of them where I used to work. All they are really are Fuji apples genetically modified to have their skin smell like grape Robetussin. The inside is straight apple, its the skin that gives it the grape smell.
The fizzy fruit sounds pretty tasty. Gonna have to try that sometime.
