I am IT, Salary, and considered part of management even though my title doesn't say anything so basically the way that it has been worded to me is that if it goes wrong its my fault if it goes well my boss gets the credit. Honestly if I counted the hour or two it takes me to get to work and home I am looking at a 16hr day.

It wasn't always this bad. On the plus side is I do get gym access during breaks and I do most of the network monitoring so I can pretty much make sure that HMW and Seibertron never gets blocked.

I was also doing at least that when I first started up as a plumber - leaving at 5am and getting home at 8pm is not fun.
