Not that it really needs to be addressed or anything, but I'd just like to let you all know that I've changed my username from "Plaything" to "Trickster". This may or may not be permanent; I don't know yet. I'll see how it goes.

The 'Poe Toaster" is, or rather was, a mysterious man dressed in back wearing a wide brimmed hat who, on the night before the anniversary of Edgar Allan Poe's birthday, would leave three long stem red roses and cognac at the grave of the writer.
The Poe Toaster had been making his annual visit since the 1940s, but in 2010 he never showed. In 2011 he was a no show either, and last night he never showed. It would seem that the tradition is now over.
