So, nearly 3 months of practice and team teaching, 4 video recordings and plenty of worrying...I just got word on my assessment.

I passed! I am now a certified Les Mills BodyPump instructor. Now to get my own class.

If all goes well the instructor that took me under his wing will start an early Monday morning class and I'll get his Monday evening class. Works perfectly for me since I teach RPM right before the Pump class.

Fingers crossed.

Just a heads up, I edited my post with Bombshell in the convergance thread

Got home from the hospital late last night from what was supposed to be routine surgery. Turned out to be anything but routine.

After my initial procedure, and once I was settled in my room for the one night I was going to spend there, I had, from what the nurses and doctors said, a pretty bad seizure. I was given medication and after about a half hour I felt better.


And then came another seizure about an hour later. Doctors and nurses piled back into my room. My surgeon was called and he ordered two blood transfusions along with a CT Scan of my lower abdomen. Turns out I was bleeding internally and had to be rushed back into the OR. Found out I was bleeding from three separate areas.

So I stayed one extra night and instead of coming home with no scars I get the departing gift of a line of staples running from hip to hip.

I won't be able to work for at least 6 weeks....no gym and no teaching. And just reaching for my laptop to write this was difficult.

Hello again everyone!

Firstly, I'd like to apologize for taking things a bit too personally a couple weeks ago. That's not how I usually am, usually, I'm the picture of patience, but sometimes I slip, sorry about that. I should have been more careful on my posting, not being familiar with the rules at the time... but I won't let it happen again.

Of course, if you know me, I can't not join in on role plays... so here I am... ready to join in. I spoke to Foxfire last night, she helped me get caught up on a few things (been a busy few weeks here) and am going to get the character cleaned up and posted in in the new characters thread.

You're in no more capable hands than those belonging to Fox. She has a knack for welcoming and steering the new folk in the right direction.

Nice to see you back, by the way. Hopefully you'll be jumping into the chaos and fun soon.

At the end of the day, if you like kind of collaborative writing/acting hobby that goes on here and its unique brand of escapism, that's what's important.

The glitches that arises from time to time usually sort themselves out with time or discussion.

Some friends and I had one (or 3 we bounced similar characters between 3 different stories) going, but it has been a good year and a half since we did anything with the one we were last working on. Just as we were about to blow up parts of alternate reality New York City.... darn it all.

It's actually sitting in the other browser tab as we speak on "Preview". I have hesitation. I always do when ever I have to submit an app. It never seems to be quite ready in my mind.

I don't know how many of you are Avatar fans but there is a giant mecha in the middle and to the end of this episode which slightly reminds me of Megs\Galvy with the giant arm canon. All they have to do is a bit of modeling on the head and paint a purple Decepticon symbol on the chest and we have an Action Master Megatron.

Made slight alteration to last Grimlock post. Just FYI.

New med. More tests, ENG, two sets of blood tests, an MRI....all from two new specialists.
