It's been a week since both surgeries and things are...okay.

Had my first post-op appointment. One drain and the wound vac were removed. Have to keep the second drain in for another week. I'm also in an abdominal binder for a month. So I have to wear this thing 24/7 except when I shower. It's really awkward and slightly uncomfortable. Wearing it is also making it difficult to sit up or lay down for long.

Still can't go back to the gym for a month...but the doc's thinking it might be a bit earlier.

I'd love to have been able to go back to the gym a couple times a week, but I'll take the go ahead to drive I got today. I don't think I could have taken another week without driving.

I haven't done this in a good long while: It's Time for some Shameless Advertising!

Nosecone, Strafe and Afterburner...a thought-to-be-lazy perfection, a gunner who can't aim for crap and a loudmouth who doesn't get along with damn near anyone. The possibilities are endless.

I can assure you that if you play him he will not die. Dirge is slated to stay on board, but only if he's in someone's hands. AND he can make people run away screaming thanks to those "fear engines" of his!

You know what that means? I'm Javiert It means that I have just a few more thousand words to go in my book until it is complete, and that I have also completed the NaNoWriMo challenge!! W00T! After this is all over, and I really, really do apologize for my absence, (just ask Fox, I have been thinking about my characters and directions I want to take them) but I will be just a bit longer, and then I'll be back on here in all my published glory, posting newly designed story arcs for Jazz (with special guest Waspinator), Ramjet, Nightbeat and Wheelie.

I've just found out that I'm going to be very busy over the next few weeks, so my posting will pretty much stop during that time. I'm sorry for this, and will return as soon as I can.

No. As the leader of the gestalt team, you can NPC the unclaimed members of your team as you see fit.

A request to play any characters as NPCs is always best. In this case I'd rather you move Steetwise and Blades along until someone else comes along.

Very well but do remember I don't know the Protectobots like I do the Aerialbots so the characterization may be a bit off.

So I just won NaNoWriMo with a subtotal of 55,487 words!!! It's subtotal because the book isn't done, but hey! Awesome, right?

I understand the feeling of the accomplishment. I debated about doing NaNo myself but just couldn't bring myself to doing it this year. One problem is I still need to edit last year's story which I'm afraid of doing. It is more of the time and wondering how much worthless stuff I put into the story. As for coming back here, we haven't moved too far on most of the threads.

See, you know, some part of me thinks that that is my fault. You know, that I've been holding up the threads with my lack of posting and such.

So yeah! Thanks! I can't wait for you guys to read it when it's done! It's going to be up for free for a couple of days to begin with, so be sure to snag that deal while it lasts!

Due to taking an online course for tax prep, my posting will drop quite a bit for the month of December. I need to get the course done by Dec 21. It is basically a 69 credit hour college course for free. Maybe it was a good thing Tankor got denied even though I saw him working along side Shockwave developing new weapons to take control of the Decepticon empire. Often thinking better outweighs shear firepower or brutality.

Hey guys, I might be able to post something tomorrow, but if not, I might be able to do it Monday. Just a heads up! I was planning on making a post for Nightbeat and Wheelie, despite Ramjet's importance, I have basically want to keep up activity for them, as I haven't made a post with them for a while and I do want to continue this Wheelie arc I am doing. Anywhoha, see ya!

This is very sudden, but this is it, guys--I'm bowing out of the game. I've got so many important things to focus on now (cheers, life!) that I highly doubt I'll be able to maintain any motivation to continue posting.

So take care of yourselves and keep having a blast, 'cause this bear's dropping out and he'll need someone to do that for him.

Okay, so things have been....yeah. Holidays are killing me big time. I've only had time to shop, wrap gifts (still haven't started just yet but it still counts), get to the gym (okay so that's not a real problem, it's more of a plus). Watching a friend's daughter for a couple of days (two 7 year olds running around my house...not my style, man. Not my style)

Needless to say posting has stalled on my end (like no one's already noticed) and it'll be really, really hard for me to get anything up unless I can hole myself up in a closet or bathroom for several hours.

So, yeah, I'm sure things will finally settle down after the new year. Until then read all my old stuff.

Ooooo, Sludge was a Childhood favorite. I'll totally NPC that dude

The online class is done for the tax thing. I did well enough (high 80s) to get the job. There is still some stuff needing to be done before I officially start but it is all in person stuff. I'm going to play catch up on my threads and then hopefully get back to posting.

Well, not officially where I am, but since we have a pretty international community here, I'm sure it will be changing over to 2014 intermittently throughout the day

I think it's as good a time as any to encourage all of you (I did this myself) to look at your roll call lists, make sure they're up to date and also go through them--name by name--and ask yourself a couple questions: is this character currently involved in the goings on? Do I have specific plans in mind for them to be? If so--great!

If not, I would encourage you to consider switching them to NPCs or cleaning house altogether and making them available. That way perfectly usable characters are not stuck idling indefinitely. Otherwise moderators eventually have to get involved and clean your house for you and we don't like doing that. Truly.

Again, happy new year to all. Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, this has been the most post-active holiday season I can remember, even from other games I've been on. So kudos to all of you. And I'm so jazzed about what 2014 will bring. You have no idea
