Thinking of doing a list about this since it's a way of possibly incorporating many different good parts of the live action films in a list instead of just calling the majority bad.

I quite like the forest battle, but I think my favourite is Bumblebee against Blitzwing from the Bumblebee movie. That scene is just perfect to me.

Autobots vs Decepticons in Mission City in the 2007 film.

The action is great, the tension is high and everyone who took part in it had a moment to shine.

One fight that stood out to me was when Bumblebee fought Dropkick in the BB movie. I liked how each character had a unique fighting style that incorporated their vehicle modes as well as the ship yard environment.

Quite a few good ones to choose from. If I had to pick one, it would be the forest battle from RoTF. Just due to length and intensity.

Otherwise, I have 2 equally favorite 2ndary moments I get giddy about when I see them. That's Bumblebee and Ravage, also in RoTF, and near the end of DoTM when Megatron attacks and bitchslaps Sentinel Prime, followed by Optimus executing Megatron. But they weren't really fights.

Just when the humans thought that Megatron was beaten (reduced to parts in a lab) he finds a way to rise again, hijacking human technology to do it. This is a sterling example of Transformer superiority.
