Cobo, that was an awesome reaction/haul post.

Star Wars: I got some stuff, but it's all older. The only really new thing I have is a Kylo Ren lightsaber, and I haven't gotten a smaller figure since I was in middle school I think.

Grotusque is the shizzles! Best Monsterbot IMHO and one of the best TR figures there was! Monsterbots are so cool!

I did nab a Slugslinger though and it also has a premium feel going on. I should do a pictorial when I get home. A very sharp space jet mode and a nice addition to my 4th string "seekers". Now to track down Pink fire.

Yup, Sixshot! He was in fact the first Phase-Sixer to appear in the comics; and for a while implied to be the only one before the concept was expanded a little in LSOTW.

Anyone looking for Sluggo, hit up your walmarts. I've been to 3 different ones in the last two days and I've seen him at all 3 and in generous supply. Also spotted Overlord today as well. :saint:

I almost got TR Trypticon the other day....but couldn't pull the trigger @ $150 (still hoping he shows up at Ross for $80 or less!). I then went to my fave vintage store and bought G1 Doubledealer instead -- he waa complete, NM, and drew me in for some reason. I think I got a thing for bots who play both sides (like Punch/Counterpunch).

Or I wanted my first G1 Powermaster -- so why not one who's got two engines? ;p

Let's hope we see the rest of the PotP line soon!

Yeah, sorry Chief. I have been absent lately, and admittedly slack in my duties. But, for good reason!

You all know, I think, that my main occupation right now is the day to day care of the Tronettes, but I also freelance for a small film production studio here. They produce a lot of animated work, and I beef up their art department as an illustrator. The fella's from the studio and I have been putting in our own time every Friday for over a year. And, almost every Tuesday night right here in the 'Tron til 3 AM developing our own OG cartoon concept.
The last few months have been the final push to finish our 4 min teaser/pilot. A SIZZLE REEL if you will? Our deadline was CTN (Creative Talents Network). An animation industry specific trade show that took place 2 weeks ago out in L.A.
The project got a great response from the folks at the show and some really good contacts were made. We slapped it up on youtube when we we got home, and have a Kickstarter campaign coming to see if we can't finish the next 4 minutes and complete the first episode.

So since y'all are some of my most favorite sci-fi action adventure pals, I figure I outta show it to you!

I once heard Chuckdawg say he didn't get view counts from imbedded links, sooooo... ima jus leave this right here incase any of you fine homies wanna pad a few views. You know? Help a brutha out! :-P

Great trailer there, Cobo! I definitely want to know & see more.

I thought the music and comic-panel style with animation worked very well. The Main makes me think Bionic Commando Strider with a bit of Contra -- BAD ASS, man. And robits! You know we like them.

I hope you had a great Thanksgiving last week (you live in Murica, rite?) and quality times with the Tronettes!

I always luv seeing hauls. I'm barely only collecting deluxe TFs and vinyl records at this point. Would it be weird to want to open a record shop just so I could decorate it with my Transformers (no, they are NOT for sale)? 8-}
