Other than the chest, arms, and a few spots on the legs, he's all green, not a jumble and mish-mash of a bunch of different shapes and colors that just look like a walking junkyard like most, if not all, the other gestalts. Predaking is perhaps an exception, as well as JRX from Car Robots. Otherwise, the rest of the gestalt aren't as visually pleasing to me as Devy. But as I said, my opinion.Deadput wrote:Iconic doesn't mean pretty the Constructicons have always had an ugly color scheme no matter how you spin it.philswitch engage wrote:Devastator is iconic in his neon green and purple scheme.Yes, I also think they would look better with the cars as legs and the copters as arms.SillySpringer wrote:I'd love to see images of the copter sisters as arms. It's how they are combined in the comics!
I also think that the loud and obnoxious green fit the personalities of the Constructicons. The green and purple plays off of Optimus just like the green and purple of Lex Luthor's armor of Green Goblin play off of Superman and Spider-man.
