Snagged this off Ebay and awaiting shipment.

Private owner selling Sketched by hand by Don Figueroa, signed by the artist as well as Peter Cullen, framed from Botcon '06.

It was pricey, but not often you come across something like that.

Too much.

I'll just say that I was given a $100 ebay giftcard and with that I just had to spring for shipping.

May have been more than I wished to spend even for gift money, but being as it's a one-of-a kind and signed by a big TF artist as well as the great Peter Cullen himself and professionally framed I couldn't see anything like that ever pop up again. I'll have to post a pic again when it arrives in my hands finally.

Thx for the comments. I was hoping I made a good choice since I had little time to act on it... I knew it would probably sell if I waited much longer.

No I didn't get out to Botcon '07. I plan to go next year before TF2 hits theaters.

I saw it as an opportunity to get one of those one-of-a-kind things and I don't see Cullen items too often offered, or they are autographed on opened toy packages. When I saw that this was a hand sketch of Optinus signed by Don as well as Cullen I knew I wasn't going to see that again, so I jumped at it hoping it was going to look nicer than that blurry photo on the auction.

I just received it today. Professionally framed and looks beautiful! It's in about a 12x16 frame estimated. Drawn in permanent inks:

Very happy with it! I hope next year when I can afford to go to Botcon '09 I will get to meet Cullen in person and get a picture with him. That would be awesome.
