Hello, everyone. It's RedShifter88, again. I had many reasons I wanted to join in the fun here, but this latest project encouraged me to actually sign up and start posting, I present to you, my take on deluxe-sized Rack 'N' Ruin figures, and they weren't that expensive to make either. Dollar store robots, dollar store and Walmart generic tempera-type paint*, plastic scraps from the recycle bin, some wire wrap, some zip ties to look like cable inside the wire wrap, and here you go...











Now, you've probably noticed that, although I reversed one weapon to make it a type of club/hammer, I haven't given them the proper anvil and hammer weapons. I'm still deciding whether I want handheld, or attached to arm (like TF:Prime) weapons. As soon as I decide, I'll be sure to update you. As always, have fun!

* Yeah, some of you experienced customizers are probably cringing about my paint choice, and rightfully so, because it adheres so-so to smooth plastic, and dissolves if any water touches it before fully dry. On the other hand, mixing/cleanup was easy, the layers of color look great, and dry-brushing, to bring out the detail, worked perfectly. I'll probably apply sealer, just to be safe.

Hey, tha is pretty neat! Not something yu see every day. I actually think your choice to go with those generic robot toys was perfectly fitting; Rack n' Ruin always looked like a couple of Dollar Store Siamese Twin robots to me. And I mean that in thbest possie way. Nice work!

I like it! This came out nice for "on the cheap". As for your paint choice, as long as it's adhered well enough to not peel or flake off, you should be fine since this isn't a transformable character which eliminates the rubbing and handling. Great job with the paint too. Looks very clean and smooth.
