In the books there was a Wicked Witch of the North, South, East, and West. The movie did change Galinda from the Good Witch of the South to the Good Witch of the North. However the question was A movie quote, so I'm not sure if all of the witches exist in the movie verse.

In the first book there is a good witch of the North, Glinda the Good Witch of the South, The wicked witch of the west with a gold hat that controlled the flying monkeys, her colleague, the wicked witch of the east. In the movie the wicked witches were sisters, and Glinda became good witch of the north. Also maleficent was from sleeping beauty. The woman in Snow White was Queen Grimhilde, though I think she was just the "evil queen" in the credits.
