1) I need a way to mod the game to put back some "balance". Just changing unit stat and limit. No model or skin, just that!

2) OMG!!! Necron are so rigged! Not to mention IG who are..well...even twice shittier!

So, all i need is a simple editor which allow me to increase/decrease stat like HP and Morale. Something easy and noobish! Oh, and i need something to unlock the Karskin limit. It SUXX to have only 1!!!

I liked to play with the Necrons, but they sucks completely in multiplayer... :-x

How? They are overpowered....the only way to win against Necron is to fight a Noob who can't summon the Monolith or the Nightbringer.

But, do you think Imperial Guard are underpowered now? That what i think!!!

There is no such thing. And your best bet would be to look at the relic forums instead of asking it here.

Well the Necrons has many damn weakness if the other team plays with the Chaos, Space Marines or both the necrons stand no chance cause they too slow with the summening of simple troups and their leader for exemple. And they need even more time to upgrade as the Orks.
So if the other player rush immediatly on the battlefield the your fate is already written...
