We know for a fact he is; while he rarely ever actually takes part in the show, it's made pretty clear that he's off doing in his thing while Supergirl is the focus of the show.

I'm desperately trying toncatxh up on Arrow and Flash, but I still wanted to check out Leave of Tomorrow(i think that's the name?) I've watched about a half hour or so of the first episode, but I'm not terribly impressed yet. Is it worth it?

How exactly is it established?

Sorry, I didn't make myself very clear but I did like your ideameta in this case was referring to flash being a show on supergirls earth.

I never really discounted it as a possibility, and I watched a few different scenes as though it were true. Really does bring out the already inherent Yulaw parallels in Zoom. Especially since Masked Man is probably yet another Jay Garrick, who was just trying to tell Barry his name.
