A little warning here, anything not made by either Hasbro or TakaraTomy, or their licensees, is considered "Third Party", with dubious legal status at best.

For some, yes. Most differences are merely in colors and decos, but Hasbro and TakaraTomy each took a different approach to Computron, with TakaraTomy the winner in accuracy. TakaraTomy's Devastator features minor changes to make the Constructicons more posable and gave them new guns to boot. Also, Hasbro and TakaraTomy each have their own exclusive Combiner characters:
Hasbro
Alpha Bravo
Offroad
Rook
Jet Blast Off
Smokescreen
G2 Superion
G2 Bruticus
G2 Menasor
Victorion
Liokaiser
TakaraTomy
Ratchet (in the Lynxmaster aka Sky Reign set)
Grand Galvatron
Megatronia (Victorion redeco)
Baldigus (aka Robots in Disguise 2001 Ruination, redeco of Bruticus with new guns)
Not counting the now-defunct Collector's Club offerings of course
