Just saw today's episode (The guy who puts it up had issues with his computer this morning, and didn't get it on til WAAAY late)....and I am just about as happy with it as I could be! I drudged through weeks of filler episodes and was amply rewarded for such teeth-grinding dilligence! What a triumphant return indeed for Megatron! He looks fantastic!! Prime's big-honkin' jaw dropping at the very end was worth it's weight in energon!! He just saw his DEATH! :CON:

Yay Megatron!!!

Sounds like it was a great episode. I'm a touch angry I got held up at work today. My plan was to go on brake, drive home, watch the episode, eat a sang'wich and book it back to the dealership.

I agree, that dude needs to get his game on and get that ep uploaded. Post haste!

I thought the transforming sound when megatron was coming together was sweet. I really think that sound has a place in all of the transformers shows, it sucked how the movie didn't really have it. it just sounds so cool..

The best part was starscream recating to seeing megatron. how megatron said, :isee the agony on your face" and starscream trying to make a speach getting ready to kill megatron. I thought that was handled very well and i was laughing at that part..

It as a great episode overall...can't wait til next week

Megatron's back and Prime is rubbish. Classic.

And what's up with Optimus leaving in firetruck mode, and arriving in cab mode? Did he stop for a haircut or what?

I think it'd be a good idea if Sumdac actually was killed. It'd make for a more powerful plot dynamic and pave the way to Sari developing into a more interesting character. I never really like shows where no matter what happens it seems as though everything will just goes back to normal at the end of every episode.

On the other hand Sumdac might be worth keeping alive as a potential source of new robot characters in episodes yet to come.

Decepticons instead of all these silly little 1 or 2 epsiode villains.

As for Prime's character in this series, it actually reminds me of a combination of past characters. He's a little like the War Within Prime, has some shades of season 1 Beast Wars Prime and also Rodimus Prime.

One thing I do like about this series is this is the first time the Autobots are so ridiclously overmatched, with the possible exception of the 1986 movie.

I'm speechless. I really am speechless. This episode was so good it was unbelievable. And this is coming from someone who's liked every episode thus far. Yes, even Total Meltdown. I didn't mind the human episodes or filler at all, because time was needed to gather the Decepies together again and to get the proper setup for the majesty that is Megatron Rising. Loving how things are progressing, I can't wait for next week! Bring it on, baby!

Snarl in the Animated universe is the triceratops, so he is there.

If you are asking where is the stegasaur and the brachisaur, then according to earlier reports at last year's Botcon, the show will only have 3 and the other two might make it into Universe.

This eppy was so fing awesome!
The only thing I did not like was, they may have killed Sumdac! Please no, he's the only Human character I really liked.

Oh And I think the dinobots are trying to kill each other, since they now know that they are robots.

Other then that, this is the best eppy ever, the reformating sceane was so very awesome!
Can't wait for next week!

Freaking awesome, the last few episodes have been a bit of a letdown, but this one was really cool.

The Autobots are really boned, but they might get some help in the next ep from the Dinobots and possibly Starscream (he'll most likely change sides when Megatron comes after him).

Black Arachnia might also help out since she's starting to befriend Sari.

Alternately, Soundwave and/or Lockdown could show up to help Megatron.

I can't wait this will turn out :mrgreen:

General random thoughts:

I hope Sumdac is dead, as this will give more of a reason to having Sari hang out with the Autobots more: they will have "adopted" her, in a sense, feeling guilty about the death of her father.

Black Arachnia, I hope, is not "warming up" to Sari, but instead, is doing what she does best: Manipulate people.

Megatron / Starscream's relationship: where do they go from here?

Why hasn't Cybertron been contacted sooner? "Hi, we're stranded on an alien organic planet... can ya send someone to come pick us up? We've got this yummy allspark..."

Ultra Magnus and crew will show up at the END of episode 2 to "fix" the situation, 'cause gosh darn it, he CAN deal with it.

I'm still not use to Prime having a mouth, even after all these episodes. Someone shoot his lip or something so that he has a reason to cover it, m'kay?

Grimlock and crew will come to save puny Autobots. "Which ones friends?" "Me Grimlock say... friends are ones who have faces like these on chest"

I liked the new episode.

And i am so glad Megatron is going to be in it properly.

But seriously. Optimus Prime went nuts.

He **** up with the key big style.

Did it not occur to them that if the All Spark were to pick someone, then it wants them and only them to have it?

Its Saris, no one elses.
And how is it being magnetically stuck to Ratchets weapons safer than round Saris neck?

And none of his team like him any more clearly.

He **** up with the Dinobots.
He wouldnt listen to Prowl and the Dinobots tried to attack him.

I was starting to like this Optimus Prime. Now i dont like him much at all.

Black Arachnia seems like shes sane but i bet she goes mental again soon.
Or she and Sari could team up together.
Which could be very cool.

Megatron is good. But i thought he would be a a diferent colour than metallic grey.

More like the movie Megatron,maybe.

But even though i am glad Megatron is going to be in it properly, i wish Starscream could have got some more control and then there could have been two enemies to fight.
I quite like the mental Starscream. He has some pitch dark funny lines.

I think Sumdac fell on the floor when Megatrons hand was healed.

And Prowl, Ratchet, Bumblebee and Bulkhead could fight the enemies fine without Optimus Prime.

One person i wish was got rid of is Lugnut. He is so stupid.
He gives me the creeps.

A decent episode, I felt that a lot of things could have been better (Maybe they could have shown Ratchet in immense pain when his arm was torn off?), but my eyes weren’t burning at least.

However it was a little boring as it felt to me as if they were farting around a bit much in scenes. I am glad they didn’t bother with any G1 nods though as that could possibly take away from important scenes.

That was the best episode of animated so far I can't wait for part 2. Megatron is bad ass and i'm starting to like prime alot less chill out prime it's not the end of the world, oh wait I think it is.

Done and done. Was nice sitting back with my headphones and watching this all unravel.

They really did a lot of stuff in this episode and at the same time didn't make it seem like things were rushed. Sumdac seemingly being crushed in Megatrons hand was a nice touch. I told folks that the entire season would lead up to some serious ****. Oh lookie, I was right.

Now I just have to muddle through a week of work to get to part two.

I just watched it again and OMG I cant wait a whole week!!!!! And can I just say that The show is much better with Less Sari. Although Im curious to know What the hell shes going to do with Blackaracnia. And so does this mean that Blackarchnina doesnt want to be a Decepticon anymore and is turning against the Decepticons to be an Autobot again? Hmmm........
Megs looks Great, I wonder what is Alt mode will be , if it will be the same Jet mode or if the writers will have a laugh on us and make him a Gun. LOL! No they wouldnt do that. What they would or should do is a make him some sort of a Cannon like Galvatron was.
Whats up with the Shoulders why do Blitz, Megs and even Soundwave look like they have Speaker/Amplifiers on their shoulders?
And why is Blitzwing able to shoot Ice? Where did they come up with that gimmick?At first I thought it was casue of his name Blitzwing but then I looked up the word "Blitz" in the Dictionary and No where did it say or does it have anything to do with Ice or Cold or Freeze or anything.
So Im just wondering.......
