Mogs - thanks for the confirmation. Naturally, as you're all aware, we're itching to provide feedback. I hope we'll live up to the challenge to do it well as a community when we get the chance in gratitude for all that's being done - it's going to be a shell-shock to transfer over and learn how to play new mechanics well. I promise to try and keep the "(*@&#(*&$(* work!" explicatives to a minimum when we get there, but the information provided here will go a long way to help that.

Is there any system that is generally comparable to how HMW will operate? I expect the answer is no as this is and apparently will be so unique.

As of this moment I don't think that ability is functioning. The panel is still being worked on as the crash messed it up pretty good. I'm not even going to mess with it until I receive notice that it has been repaired. Then I'm gonna try and break it before I give it the up, down, left and right In nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Santi blessing and hit it on the forhead. We are still recovering from the crash as it affected lot's more than just the game. Like I've been saying just have some patience and all will be good soon

Yes. HMW-1. By definition of "comparable", some pieces will have a familiar look and feel to them. I approached the development of this as a modern version of HMW.

There is no concrete plans in place. But as Psychout said, check the Tournament Forum for updates and to throw in your own ideas for how to end this version.

I approached the development of this as a modern version of HMW.

Very encouraging.
Want another job? I know where that kind of thinking would have helped in many past projects... oy to the pain of lack of foresight and/or lessons learned.

Yea, I am. Funny thing is, his builds aren't that different from mine. In fact, eerily similar in some cases. If I weren't 3 Million XP ahead of him, I imagine his would be virtually identical. Imitation is the best form of flattery.

As far as the inner workings and details of everything, it is way too early to dive into that here. There will be more to come.

i think HMW V1 has pretty cool graphics, the lack of images and mute colours give a rather smooth and minimalist scheme, and the alts meen dial-ups aren't killed too much, and also means it doesn't attract to much attention at a glance from work.

I copy nobody thesedays. Tammuz ans Sustain have taught me enough about this game, and I have learnt enough of a feel for this game, that I dont need to copy anybody.

And I have heard that you yourself are not happy with your builds.
Whereas me, Im happy with most of my builds, and happy with the direction the few who arnt quite right at the moment are going.

Plus given the current structure of the game there isn't THAT much you can do in the way of variety to design a workable build.

Pfft, Im already playing around with a medic (who dosnt apear to score any worse than anyone else so far), and finding endurence rather useful in a faction that is often outnumbered.
